Shipping and Processing Times

  • Maple & Fern Co. is happy to offer free domestic shipping to orders over $85 USD. The amount must total $85 after any discounts and before taxes.

  • At this time, Maple & Fern Co. does not ship outside of the United States. We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO addresses.

  • Shipping costs are determined by package weight and size. Expedited shipping will always be an additional charge and is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Most ready-to-ship items will ship out within 72 business hours (3 business days) from the time of purchase. Made-to-order pieces will take between 3-5 business days before shipping. Processing times for custom pieces vary and will be agreed upon between Maple & Fern Co and the customer before the order is finalized.

  • PLEASE NOTE that due to COVID-19 shipping times have become rather unpredictable and are out of my control once items are shipped. Each order will come with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package.

Payment Options

  • We are happy to accept all major credit cards on our website.

  • At in-person markets or events, we accept card, Venmo, Paypal, or cash payments.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  • Maple & Fern Co. cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations at this time.

  • Please contact me within one business day if your items arrive damaged. I do everything I can to package your items as securely as possible, but I cannot control how packages are handled once shipped.

  • If you have any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to me!

Custom Orders

  • Custom orders include a custom design with customer feedback and approvals.

  • When we finalize your order, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit. This reserves your spot on my custom order list and includes the creation of the design as well as customer reviews for approval.

  • Once the design is approved by you, the remaining 50% (including shipping costs) must be paid in order to begin the piece.

  • There are no refunds on custom work.

  • Please be available to respond to my emails in a timely manner. I will not create the piece without full payment and approval. If more than two weeks pass with no response, I reserve the right to cancel your order and you will forfeit your deposit.

  • The amount of time it takes to complete a custom piece varies. Normally, custom pieces can be completed within 1-2 weeks. Depending on the time of year, during the holiday season, for example, that time frame may be extended.

  • If you need a piece by a certain date, please let me know in your initial email, and I will do my very best to make it happen!
